Paw would like to make shelters into educational centers for practical
hands-on training of prospective and current pet guardians.
Open Paw also wants to help promote minimum mental
health guidelines for
shelter animals, so animals remain well socialized to people and
other
animals, and learn or retain their skills in the the shelter.
